How public sector hiring actually runs

Security teams in government rarely get to hire at leisure. A programme lands, the skills gap is immediate, and the permanent recruitment process runs to its own timetable. We work both sides of that: contractors to cover the gap now, and a permanent pipeline built alongside it so the capability stays once the contract ends.

The permanent campaign runs at no extra cost next to the contract supply. Media and talent acquisition campaigns put eligible candidates in front of the department for its own direct hires, rather than leaving it dependent on contract extensions.

Clearance and screening

We work with candidates who hold and maintain security clearance, and we screen before anyone reaches your shortlist. Where a role needs clearance the candidate does not yet hold, we will tell you what that means for the timeline rather than leave you to find out later.
